• Each order can be shipped to a single delivery address. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, kindly place separate orders for each unique address.

• We are committed to delivering your purchases swiftly. Orders are promptly processed upon transaction confirmation. Deliveries are conducted by our designated courier company from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Depending on your location, delivery times may range from 3 to 7 working days for your order to reach you. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may require an additional 2 to 3 working days.
• For urgent orders, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance, particularly during festive periods like Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, and others. This precautionary step will help you avoid unforeseen delays.

• Senses charges a standard shipping fee of RM 10.00 for West Malaysia and RM 20.00 for East Malaysia with each transaction. (*Please note that these fees are subject to change by the management.)
• Enjoy free shipping on orders totaling RM 50 or more for West Malaysia and RM 100 or more for East Malaysia.
• Free shipping will be automatically applied during the checkout process for all eligible orders.

• To track your order, please log in to your Senses account to find your tracking number.
• Visit the courier company's website and input your tracking number in the tracking widget to monitor the status of your order's delivery.
• If you haven't received a status update on your delivery within one week of receiving the tracking number, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for further assistance.
